Returns & Refunds Policy

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Prints

If you’re not satisfied with your print, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Items must be in their original condition

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Commissions

Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork:

Commission deposits are non-refundable
Refunds cannot be offered once work has started or the artwork has been approved

I'll do my best to keep you updated and send photos as I do the commission so you're happy with it.
If there’s an issue with your commission, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to resolve it.
